Return Policy

Your purchase from Flowermate Technology is guaranteed! In the event that you are unsatisfied with the product, we will gladly send you a refund or a replacement device.

Returns or Exchanges on our Vaporizers and Vaporizer Accessories will be accepted only under the following terms:

  1. Product as received has failed to function upon first use.
  2. Received hardware has failed within 1 week of receipt due to faulty factory workmanship or materials
  3. When a request for a Refund/Return has been submitted to and accepted by our customer service department within 7 days after receipt of shipped merchandise.
  4. All Merchandise, which we have verified and accepted as Returnable must be returned in original condition/original packing as received.

*Refunds and Returns will not be accepted if any merchandise which you wish to return is found to have been modified or tampered with in any way from its original factory state upon receipt by our customer service department.
